Delato, which stands for Delightful, Dessert, Gelato, is more than just a handcrafted ice cream company—it’s a heartfelt tribute to cherished memories and the joy of shared experiences. Its story began with the founder’s fond recollections of spending treasured moments with family and friends over ice cream and waffles at a cozy café during childhood. These sweet memories ignited a lifelong passion for the culinary arts, inspiring him to create ice cream in his home kitchen.
Guided by a deep love for local heritage and a spirit of creativity, he crafted flavors that evoked the comforting tastes of home. What started as a personal pursuit in 2023 blossomed into Delato, a treasured local gem with its first shop warmly nestled in Tampines.
